Traveling ultimately brought him to Southern California where he decided to he wanted to stay.

In 1996, Floyd was hired by a very reputable international builder. He quickly worked his way up the ladder with his strong work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail. He became a superintendant within the first year and was involved in all phases of construction and responsible for the customer service warranty for hundreds of multi-million dollar homes over the next 4 years. He won multiple company awards for his commitment and determination and has carried the same values with him throughout his career.

Adam Floyd joined Pacific Restoration in 2001. Floyd and O’Connor met on a 100 acre multi-million dollar jobsite in Rancho Santa Fe at the height of the construction boom. He and O’Connor realized they had a lot in common and shared the same passion for the industry. They both saw an opportunity to work together to expand the companies services and become one of the premier general contractors in San Diego. After over 2,700 satisfied customers, they continue their passion and commitment to excellence.
