Pacific Restoration is the best company I've ever encountered. Period. The owner Andy and one of his employees Russ went to enormous effort to ensure that not only our leak was addressed but that we'd pass inspection with flying colors. When our need and scope expanded due to something I hadn't anticipated, he spent a lot of time and effort to explain the situation and steps to me through both calls and texts (even many well after hours.) He also provided extra services and equipment for days beyond my original scope without any charge. He even took time to come himself to ensure my location passed inspection. The best way I can describe Andy and his company is they seem to have Karmic approach where they strive to do good things for you (and often that is during a period of intense stress for the customer....) regardless of remuneration. Seriously I haven't come across anything like it in the US. This is the best company to contact for restoration and related needs. Andy reinforced that there are companies not just interested in money.

Andy is amazing. This guy actually cares which is soooo refreshing. I called today about a leak in the ceiling. He ran through all of the scenarios, talked through what test should be run with other trades, made referrals and is ready to get the job done today. BRAVO!!! Seriously. If I could give 100 stars I would. He is an expert and you can tell, but he wants people to get the job done right, in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Thank you! I would refer him in a heartbeat for anything. He didn't have to take the time to give me all of this info.

Andy and team are the best! Extremely professional, highly communicative, fast and very accommodating to our needs. My tenant had reported an area of their bedroom wall being moldy the day before a holiday weekend. I called a few other mold remediation specialists but Andy was the only one who responded immediately and was able to provide a quote based on a photo and sent a proposal within an hour. Ian worked directly with my tenants to coordinate a start date and was very accommodating to their schedule. Even though it wasn't a massive area, he still treated the issue with urgency and got a team to work ASAP. The timeline and proposed pricing was spot on to the quote, which I was pleasantly surprised by given he only had a photo to look at. They were able to identify the source of the mold and provide a recommendation on how to handle it as well. I really appreciate Andy's proactive communication from start to finish. Mold in the house sucks, especially in the bedroom. Andy's guys were the perfect fit for the job. The main advantage compared to their competition is that they are a one stop shop, meaning they take care of the mold removal and all the drywall/paint/baseboard job that is required to leave the house better than they found it. We found their guys to be absolutely exceptional, especially Andy and Russ. Very thorough people, on time, and quick with their work. I couldn't recommend Pacific Restoration enough for all your mold removal/treatment needs.
